SERVICES NOT PROVIDED
We DO NOT move furniture or appliances. If you would like us to clean behind and underneath something, we will be happy to. All we ask is that you move the furniture or appliances so that we can do so.
We DO NOT clean and detail automobiles.
We DO NOT provide natural disaster cleanup. This includes downed trees, flooding, property
damage etc.
We DO NOT professionally clean oriental and delicate handmade area rugs. We understand that many people have beautiful and delicate area rugs that require professional cleaning regularly. We do not provide this service.
We DO NOT clean charcoal or propane BBQ grills, outdoor meat smokers etc.
We DO NOT clean up extreme mold infestations or resolve water damage. This can be a serious health threat not only to you, but to our staff as well. We recommend you contact a restoration services company.
We DO NOT organize the possessions in your home or office. Please understand that we are a
cleaning company. We are not professional organizers. We are here to make your property
sparkle!
We DO NOT wash dishes.
We DO NOT provide laundry services.
We DO NOT provide carpet steam cleaning or upholstery furniture cleaning. We do provide
carpet cleaning and carpet stain removal services. We can also spot clean carpet, rugs, and upholstery on furniture, (Except leather and materials similar to it).
We DO NOT provide high rise exterior window cleaning. We do however, clean exterior windows for Commercial and Residential properties that do not require a ladder or scaffolding.
We DO NOT provide paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels, trash can liners etc. to our Commercial clients for Janitorial services. These supplies must be provided by the client. We will gladly replenish dispensers and empty trash cans.
