Cancellation Policy:

Please be advised, a 24-hour notice of cancellation is required for both Commercial and Residential clients. A fee of 25% USD of the estimate or price agreed upon by both parties will be charged for all cancellations within a 24-hour period prior to the scheduled cleaning. Please be sure to call or email us in a timely manner so that this does not happen. If you choose to cancel within a 24-hour period prior to the scheduled services, you will have ten business days from the day of cancellation to pay this fee in full. Please be aware that by scheduling and accepting services by World Star Cleaning Services, LLC you are agreeing to these terms.

Rescheduling Policy:

There is no fee for rescheduling services. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

Non Toxic & Eco Friendly Products:

We are pleased to announce that we do offer the use of special Non-Toxic solutions and Eco-Friendly solutions for both of our Commercial and Residential clients. If you choose this option for the use of these solutions, there will be an additional fee of $20 USD for Residential clients or $40 USD for Commercial clients for each scheduled cleaning. This fee will be added on to the final price which both parties agree upon.
